Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Shikha Natural Products (here referred as “seller”) team respects customers decision and believes in strong Sellers & Buyers trust and relationship. To maintain that trust and relationship, Shikha Natural Products allows Cancellation OR 3 (Three) Days Return policy subject to certain rules and regulations.

Stages of Order Process:

Order Placed: Order placed by the customer on the website

Order Accepted and processed: Order accepted, processed and packed by the seller

Ready to Dispatch: Shipping request processed for pickup

Dispatched: Order Picked up by the third-party courier partner. Dispatch generally takes 1-2 days from the date of orders placed. 

Delivered: Order delivered to the customer

Cancellation of Orders:

  1. Customer can cancel the order any time before dispatch/shipment of the product.

  2. In case of cancellation of the order after dispatch/shipment of the product, Shipping fee will be deducted from the order value before refund is processed.

  3. Refund will be processed once the cancellation is accepted.

Customer must submit their cancellation request either at the website or via email at info@sonifarms.in

Return of Orders:

Due to the nature of the products, food products are not returnable. However, return of the products are allowed under following conditions:

  1. The product is damaged, empty, or contains wrong/missing items upon delivery.

  2. Customers are required to provide single complete video (ie without any stoppage or break) of an “unboxing starting from address label with barcode pasted on the outer packing box & covering all the sides of the box, then overall packaging and then product inside in the box”.  Customer must also submit the images of the box and damaged product or any questionable item.

  3. Customer must submit return claim within 3 days of the delivered date. Here 3 days is inclusive of order delivery date.

  4. Once your return claim is accepted subject to verification of evidence submitted, we will process the pick-up of the item ordered from the same address, and you will be notified of the expected pick-up date.

Customer must submit their return request along with evidence (images/Videos) via email at info@sonifarms.in

Refunds:

  1. In case of Cancellation, Refund will be processed once the cancellation is accepted.

  2. In Case of return, Refund will be processed once your return is received and inspected. We will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if the refund was approved or not.

  3. Once approved, Refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it generally takes around 3-5 days to reflect the refund amount in your account.
