How to Cook

Wash and soak rajma overnight

Pressure cook for soft texture

Grate onions and cook till golden brown along with ginger garlic paste

Add tomato puree after spices like coriander powder, turmeric and pepper

Cook till fat separates

Add rajma chitra and simmer on low heat

Cook till you get curry consistency
