How to Cook

Heat a frying pan without oil and add coriander seeds

Dry fry them over medium heat and stir constantly

When the warm aroma is released, remove the seeds from the pan and let it cool

You can also grind the seeds into a powder

Add the seeds/powder to soups, curries, breads or other vegetables
